1. What We Collect

When you create an account we store your email address, display name, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google or Apple). We also store the wine data you add to your cellar, including label images you upload.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and personalise the Rave Cave service (cellar management, recommendations, AI sommelier).
• To authenticate your identity via Firebase Authentication.
• To improve the service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Rave Cave:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, hosting.
• Google Gemini API — AI-powered wine analysis and recommendations.
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for the AI sommelier voice.
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
• Vercel — web hosting and edge delivery.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) in the australia-southeast1 region. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights

You can export your cellar data as CSV at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

6. Cookies

Rave Cave uses only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
